Carrick Glen Assisted Living Facility, Mt. Juliet, TN- This project consisted of the new construction of a $2,000,000 main facility and outlying villas with excavation & grading of 9.5 acres. This job required the excavation of 15,865 yd3 of material, preparation of multiple building pads and installation of underground utilities. Sub-surface rock necessitated blasting for both mass excavation and underground utilities in this densely populated suburb.
NHC Place Cool Springs, Franklin, TN- A $4,000,000 addition of a new wing to this assisted-living and multi-specialty medical center with excavation and grading of 4.8 acres. This job required the excavation of 26,235 yd3 of material, over-excavation of unsuitable soil, haul-off and disposal of 8,125 yd3 excess material and underground utilities. This site contained considerable subsurface rock requiring blasting for both utility line excavation and mass excavation. Job completed in 2011.
